Cancellation & Refund Policy

This page explains how subscription cancellation, non-renewal, and refunds are handled for Draftroom.

Effective date: March 16, 2026

Policy Overview
Please review this policy before purchasing or renewing any Draftroom plan.

This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions, pilot plans, implementation charges, setup fees, and other paid services offered by Draftroom Technologies Private Limited.

By purchasing a paid plan, you agree to this policy unless a separate signed agreement, proposal, or order form states otherwise.

1. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription or choose not to renew it at any time by contacting us at thaherster@gmail.com or by using the available account or billing controls, if enabled.

Unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement, cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to paid features until the end of that period.

Cancellation stops future renewals only. It does not reverse or void charges already processed for the active billing period.

2. Refund Policy

Except where required under applicable law in India, all payments made for subscriptions, setup, onboarding, implementation, storage add-ons, pilot fees, and related services are non-refundable once paid.

No partial or prorated refund will be issued for unused time, unused seats, unused storage, or early cancellation during an active billing cycle, unless explicitly agreed in writing.

3. Free Trials, Pilot Access, and Evaluation Periods

Where Draftroom provides a free trial, pilot period, or temporary evaluation access, users are expected to assess the service during that period before upgrading to a paid plan.

Once a paid subscription begins, the Refund Policy above will apply unless a separate commercial agreement says otherwise.

4. Annual Plans and Custom Contracts

If you purchase an annual plan, enterprise plan, pilot agreement, or custom commercial package, the applicable cancellation and refund terms may be governed by the signed proposal, order form, MSA, SOW, or service agreement associated with that purchase.

In case of conflict, the signed commercial agreement will control over this general policy.

5. Duplicate Charges or Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged in error, charged more than agreed, or billed incorrectly, contact us at thaherster@gmail.com with your billing details.

Verified duplicate payments or confirmed billing mistakes may be corrected through a refund, reversal, or account credit, as applicable.

6. Contact for Cancellation or Refund Queries
